inventory/analysis, site design, Implementation Plan, Design Guidelines, and graphic production.
Kentucky Community & Technical CollegeSystems Office, Versailles, Kentucky. Project scope: Building renovation/expansion including parking additions, retaining walls, masonry screen walls, and landscape plantings. Project cost $1.9 million.
Berea College, Berea, Kentucky. Scope included the addition of a new street crossing to eliminate further vehicular/pedestrian accidents with the addition of bollards, signage, and ADA pavers.

Dale Hollow Lake State ResortPark Addition, Bow, Kentucky. Scope included site work for new 10,000sf indoor swimming pool and spa. Responsibilities included site design, parking/roadway layout/design, sidewalks, grading & drainage design as well as construction administration. Project cost approx. $4.2 million.
Shillito Park Multi-use trail, Lexington, Kentucky. Scope included layout and design for multiple miles of asphalt multi-use trails, with
a steel truss bridge and drainage structures. Construction administration was included as well. Project cost approx. $.9 million.
Jacobson Park Multi-use trail, Lexington, Kentucky. Scope included analysis of existing park road conditions; locating off-road paved
trails, bridges, and boardwalks. Construction administration was included as well. Project cost approx. $.7 million.
Commercial Development:
Jim Beam American Stillhouse Visitor’s Center, Clermont, Kentucky.
Scope included landscape and sidewalk/plaza design for a new visitor’s center that satisfied requirements to obtain a LEED Gold rating.
Landscape design focused heavily on the use of natives/”near-natives” in a cottage style fashion. Approx. construction costs: $4.2 million.
Center Court Condominiums Phase II Landscape & Walkway Design, Lexington, Kentucky. Scope of work for the construction of multiple story condominiums with separate townhouses included sidewalk design and layout as well as landscape planting plan to correspond with existing condominiums on site.
Streetscapes/Roadway Corridors:
Winchester Road Corridor Landscape Master Plan, Lexington, Kentucky. Scope included landscape and roadway right-of-way improvements such as bike lanes, multi-use trails, street trees and corridor beautification. Project fee approx. $50,000.
Healthcare:
Taylor County Health Department, Campbellsville, Kentucky. Site workfor new 10,000sf health clinic included site layout/design, parking,
grading, and landscape design. Project cost approx. $1.8 million.
Mountain Hospice, Hazard, Kentucky. Scope of work included landscape and walkway design for a 16-bed hospice center with
administrative offices, storage, and patient facilities.
Military:
US Army 80th Area Support Group, Installation Design Guide (IDG) update, Mons, Belgium and the Netherlands. Responsible for lead site design of Prioritized Improvement Project areas, graphic design and computer aided color rendering as well as Landscape Development recommendations for each of the cantonment areas within the 80th ASG.
